1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the Agreement:

• "Platform" means the kc666 website accessible at kc666.one, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, and associated services offered thereunder.
• "Account" means the registered player account opened by an eligible individual following successful completion of the kc666 registration process.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's kc666 Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalent value, cashback, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account pursuant to an active kc666 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of qualifying bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process conducted by kc666 pursuant to its licensing and anti-money-laundering obligations, requiring documentary proof of identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which the use of the kc666 Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable local law.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Access to the kc666 Platform and the creation of a Player Account is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously maintained throughout the duration of the Account:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. kc666 operates a strict 21+ age policy with zero tolerance for underage registration. Players found to be under the age of twenty-one will have their accounts closed immediately and all deposits returned subject to the completion of identity verification.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity. Only natural individuals may hold a kc666 Account.
• You must not be resident in or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of kc666 is lawful under the laws of your country or territory of residence.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during the registration process. kc666 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any information provided at any time.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement with kc666 or any other gaming operator.
• You must not have had a previous kc666 Account closed by the Company for breach of these Terms and Conditions or any other policy violation.

3 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for all activity conducted through your kc666 Account, including any transactions, gameplay, and communications originating from your Account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.

• You must keep your kc666 login credentials — including your registered mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
• kc666 strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication on your Account, which is available in the Account Security settings section of your dashboard.
• You must notify kc666 customer support immediately if you have reason to believe that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or that your login credentials have been compromised.
• kc666 will never ask for your Account password through any channel, including email, live chat, SMS, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from kc666 that requests your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to support.
• kc666 reserves the right to temporarily lock your Account in the event that suspicious activity is detected, pending completion of a security review. The Company will notify the Account holder via their registered contact details in such circumstances.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

kc666 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, and Raast / 1LINK. Deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. kc666 does not charge any transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which kc666 accepts no responsibility.

Deposited funds will be credited to your kc666 Account Balance as soon as receipt is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. For JazzCash and EasyPaisa transfers, credits are typically processed within sixty seconds. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan, or Raast may take up to thirty minutes during peak periods.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed full KYC verification, including submission and approval of valid CNIC documentation, proof of payment method ownership, and any additional documentation requested by the kc666 compliance team.
• Only funds that constitute Real Money Balance (i.e., deposited funds and winnings derived from real money play after satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements) are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds that have not completed the applicable Wagering Requirement cannot be withdrawn.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, except where the Company explicitly approves an alternative arrangement.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under two hours for verified accounts. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to twenty-four hours.
• kc666 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including for accounts that have not previously completed enhanced verification procedures.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

kc666 offers a range of promotional offers to new and existing Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback programmes, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL cricket season, Eid, and other occasions relevant to Pakistani players.

• All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. Players must read and understand these individual promotion terms before opting in.
• Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any time unless the applicable promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• kc666 reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to completion of any existing wagering obligations by Players who have already opted in.
• Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit kc666's bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, placing offsetting bets to exploit free play, or using prohibited betting patterns — will result in the immediate cancellation of all active bonuses, forfeiture of any derived winnings, and possible permanent Account closure.
• kc666 reserves the right to withhold bonus-derived winnings from any Player whose betting activity the Company determines, in its reasonable assessment, to constitute systematic exploitation of promotional offers rather than genuine recreational play.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on the kc666 Platform are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and Conditions and an individual game's rules, the individual game rules shall take precedence in respect of that specific game.

• All casino games on the kc666 Platform utilise certified random number generators that have been independently tested and certified for fairness. Game outcomes are not influenced by the size of a Player's wager, their account status, or any other external factor.
• kc666 shall not be liable for any malfunction of game software, internet connectivity issues, or device failures that interrupt a gaming session. In the event of a confirmed technical fault on the part of kc666, affected bets will be settled on a fair and reasonable basis as determined by the Company's gaming operations team.
• For sports betting, all bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant sporting body. kc666 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the occurrence of the event to which it relates if the result was already known at the time the bet was placed.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. kc666 reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits at its discretion, including in circumstances where a Player's betting patterns are deemed inconsistent with normal recreational play.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kc666 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Account balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the kc666 Platform in a manner that circumvents normal human interaction, including automated betting systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured promotions for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a clearly erroneous game or promotion must be reported to kc666 support and will not be eligible for withdrawal.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets with other kc666 players to guarantee a combined outcome at the expense of the house or other players.
• Providing false identity information, including fabricated or altered CNIC documentation, during the registration or KYC process.
• Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider for funds that have been legitimately deposited and used on the kc666 Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology designed to disguise your true geographical location.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your kc666 Account on your behalf, whether for purposes of gameplay, deposits, or withdrawals.

8 Responsible Gaming

kc666 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools they need to manage their gambling activity safely. The Company recognises that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and it takes its responsibility to those individuals seriously.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming section of their Account dashboard. Deposit limit reductions take immediate effect; increases to existing limits are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Players may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which their Account will be suspended for all gameplay and deposit activity.
• Players who wish to exclude themselves from the kc666 Platform for an extended period may request self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 12 months, or permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• kc666 complies with its licensing obligations to identify and assist potentially vulnerable players. Accounts displaying patterns associated with problem gambling may receive outreach from the kc666 responsible gaming team.

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the kc666 Platform — including but not limited to the kc666 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the property of kc666 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the kc666 Platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
• No part of the kc666 Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or incorporated into any other website or service without the prior written consent of kc666.
• The kc666 name, logo, and related marks may not be used in any context — including social media, affiliate marketing, or promotional material — without the express written authorisation of the Company.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kc666 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the kc666 Platform, regardless of the form of action and whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

kc666's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kc666 does not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical faults at all times, and the Company accepts no liability for losses arising from service outages, maintenance windows, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

kc666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory documentation in response to a KYC request within the timeframe specified by the compliance team.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 of this Agreement.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twenty-four (24) months.

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting kc666 customer support. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player following completion of identity verification, provided that no outstanding wagering requirements apply to the funds in question.

12 Amendments to These Terms

kc666 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material in nature, kc666 will provide notice to registered Players via the email address or mobile number registered to their Account at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Continued use of the kc666 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 11 of this Agreement.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kc666 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal dispute proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact kc666 customer support in the first instance. The Company is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly at the customer service level wherever possible.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, Players may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by kc666's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution process are available upon request from kc666 customer support.
